Moi
Alive, kicking and living in Guernsey. In the English Channel, for the uninitiated. To be born in Guernsey would be an excellent aim for any immaterial soul; all the advantages of a tax haven, additionally an exceptionally safe place to bring up children and more annual sunshine than almost anywhere else in the UK. However, we do have appalling traffic problems, and while (should we get too claustrophobic) we can always leave for a break, the travel costs are extortionate.
Me, I clean windows, drive a taxi on occasion and buy and sell a few things, when I'm not lying around or sitting in front of this bloney* machine. I read almost anything; collect music, again, almost anything, (and sometimes indulge in playing raucous rock guitar very badly); and watch videos (almost always comedy) but virtually never television. (Almost too many "almosts" in there).
Nuff for now, more later 2/12/99:-)
*A good Guernsey word for use in a variety of situations
