Nik, where did you get that picture of the camel made out of sand? I was in Portugal at the weekend visiting my girlfriend (she lives and works there) and we went to a place that have all manner of amazing things sculpted into the sand. They change it every year after demolishing all the sculptures and it is the most amazing place!! The camel on your PS looks just like the stuff they do - I'm sure it must have come from the same place!!

D can i ask you sommat there is a certain Deakie that lives in Portugal is there any connection?

The pictures are from erm... ohh yeah i requested a camel smiley on some thread and some nice person replied telling me that they haven't put new smileys in for ages but gave me some links of camel pictures, and they were a couple of them. But i know when i lived abroad there was always guys on the beach doing the sculptures they are

Thats OK, we don't really mind anyone knowing - most people had half an idea anyway. I went to see her last weekend and the weekend before, but I can't see her for a couple of weeks now cos I'm busy and she has got family visiting...

But we are very happy!!!! And she is lovely!!!!!!

It's not that far. I normally fly out from Faro at eight in the evening and I'm home by one/two in the morning, so its only five hours or so. It takes longer to get to places in this country sometimes. Anyway, the real bonus is that its always hot and the beaches are ace!! My tan is coming on a treat...

Hi Nik! I think I posted it on Saturday, cos I'm sure I saw you post somewhere, that's why I was asking if you were at work.

I'm going back to see Deaks on Thursday until Sunday, so it'll only be for three days but I can't wait!!

However, the following Thursday I'm going back again, but this time I've only got a one way ticket....

honestly. Do you mean ive got a one way ticket as 1) I don't know how long i'll be staying it couldd be a few days or it could be a few weeks. OR 2) I plan on staying for a long long time.

All depends on Deaks!! I said I'd go home when she gets fed up with me, which she says she wont, but I think she might!!!

I need to come back from time to time, cos I've got mates and family here (who I will miss) and other things occasionally I need to do, but apart from that, there is not a lot to keep me here although we've not really planned anything, we are just gonna go with the flow....

I asked the guys that did it for me & they said that its right cos 2 minus's equal a plus (1+0-2)*6*(2-9+0)=42

Yep! They are right. I read it as 9-2, not 2-9. I'll shut up, stop trying to be clever and get on with packing!!
