Sailor Moon
Sailor Moon is about 5 girls from 1000 years in the past (the Silver Millennium), who are Sailor Scouts and protectors of different planets : Mercury, Venus, Mars, Jupiter, and the centrepiece of it all, the Moon. My article is based on the Sailor Moon and Sailor Moon R series.
THE GOOD GUYS
Sailor Moon / Princess Serena / Serena:
She is the main character, she is the princess of the Moon, and she is called Serena. Dubbed by some as 'Meatball Head' (well actually, dubbed by Darien and Raye(on occasions)as Meatball Head). She goes to Crossroads High School, and always flunks on all of her exams. she has an annoying little brother called Sammy, and lives with both of her parents. As the leader, she annoys Raye especially with her show of 'imcompetence', but everybody else, especially Lita, has a sense of admiration for her. She also has a crush on Andrew and Tuxedo Mask (until she and Darien {Tuxedo Mask} find out they were meant to be together). She briefly went out with Darien, but she does not know the reason why he dumped her.

Sailor Mercury / Ami:
Sailor Mercury was the second Sailor Scout to be discovered, in the episode "Computer School Blues". Ami is a very intelligent person, and she has an ambition to become a doctor. She lives with her mother, and perhaps her only downfall is the fact that her social life is stunted, and there is still room for improvement. She has no major flaws, asides from the fact that she is a study-o-holic. Ami was given a VR visor and Data Computer from Luna, who seems to have a good influence on Ami, and a great friendship. However, she appears to have a weakness to Raye's bossiness. A lot of people say that Sailor Mercury is a really weak Sailor Scout, but she is in fact one of the strongest, if not THE strongest (hey, I have a Mercury bias, SUE ME FOR IT!!!) using powerful attacks to freeze the enemy, and using her VR Visor and Computer to help the other Scouts defeat the enemy.

Sailor Mars / Raye
The third of the five inner Sailor Scouts, Sailor Mars represents the element of fire, which suits her because of her <LAME JOKE COMING UP!!!> fiery temper... She is normally the first to criticise and go against ANYTHING Serena says or does, however, she has a close friendship to Serena, although we don't see it. Raye is loyal to all the Sailor Scouts, and is willing to put herself in danger to help them out. She lives at her temple with her grandfather, and is able to help the scouts by consulting the sacred Flame of Guidance. Mars has powerful fiery attacks, such as:

Mars Celestial Fire Surround
Sailor Jupiter / Lita
Lita was the fourth of the Scouts to be found by Luna, and she is perhaps the strongest physically. She is very loyal to Serena, and will stick up for her, even when the others are badmouthing her. Jupiter is willing to stick up for anybody in need, as a Sailor Scout and as Lita. Jupiter's element is thunder, and she calls upon the great power of Jupiter to unleash her electrifying her attacks!!! Jupiter's attacks include:

Jupiter Thunderclap Zap
Sailor Venus / Mina
Sailor Venus, although the last of the Sailor Scouts to be reunited with the rest, has been fighting crime in England as Sailor V, with her guardian cat, Artemis. Mina is seen as a helpful, yet somewhat 'clumsy' person, a good example of this being in the episode 'No Thanks, Nurse Venus', where everybody but Mina was ill, and Mina went to all of her friends houses, and attempted to help - only to create a big mess!!!

Tuxedo Mask / Moonlight Knight / Prince Darien / Darien
WOW, lookit at all those alias'!!! Well, Tuxedo Mask first appeared when Sailor Moon did to assist her, and the other Sailor Scouts. Then, he got caught by Queen Beryl, and was made evil - as Evil Prince Darien. Darien and Serena quarreled a lot at the beginning of the series, but near the end of the Sailor Moon series, descovered that they were meant to be together! For her safety, he stopped going out with her - if they get back together it'll be great ^^ but I dunno if they do. Darien's daughter from the future is Rini, but nobody finds that out for A-G-E-S!!!
Rini
Okies - Rini is the future daughter of Princess Serena and Prince Darien, but she doesn't recognise them as parents. Also, she acts like a brat towards Serena and gets her into a lot of trouble at first - but she improves - REALLY!!! Me no know much about Rini, except that she hypnotised everybody in Serena's family to make them think that she was related to her, and also she wants the Silver Imperium Crystal from Sailor Moon, to help the future!!!
