You've probably already thought about these but:
Signs on shop windows that say "No dogs (except for Guide Dogs)"
Who is the last bit aimed at? All you have to do is make sure the signs not in Braille in the first place.
Letters marked "Private and Confidential". Two words too many.
While I'm here. I know you've already mentioned those pictograms with the red line through them. I saw a particularly good one on an Asda shopping trolley. It showed a child sat in the trolley and the mother walking away. A useful and timely reminder that we must not abandon our children in the middle of the supermarket however great the temptation.
I used to be a smoker until a few years ago. I understand that cigarette companies have to use great big writing to tell us that smoking is bad for us, because otherwise someone will claim they didn't know. The thing I used to find incredible is that other people would feel obliged to warn me of the health risks. "That's not good for you, you know." Hard not to be sarcastic in situations like that.
I better stop now. Getting a bit ranty.
Excellent entry

Many thanks
The "Private and confidential" does have a meaning I beleive in many offices - Letters marked "Private" can be opened by the addressees secratary, whilst "Private and confidential" only by the addressee (I think, or that may be a bit of "Yes Minister" that has gone into my brian)

Private and Confidential. I never knew that! Well, I do now
It's a bit like that FTAO thing that I always thought was a bit pointless, but I suppose has it's official uses.
Still I think you only need either 'Private' or 'Confidential'.
*pedantic*
