Early 80s TV is not my favourite.

Oh, but that was the time of all those great TV series, like Dallas, and what was the other one called?

Dynasty.

My son tidies up if I sing to him tidying up words to the tune of Dallas (or possibly Dynasty). I have no idea why I started that.

Plus, for me its Santa Barbara all the way.

I haven't commented on an AWW entry for a long time, but this is great writing, really engaging.

I glanced at the thread attached to the entry itself - is there a 'challenge' involved with using the photos? I could believe that the story hangs round the pics, rather than the other way round...

Either way, the tone, or 'voice' and the rhythm of the writing work *really* well. Several very nice touches.

In my hsho, 'real' writing. Good to see.
