I must admit that I'm not sure what I'd do with your words! Biennial might be possible but Platini-esque?
Perhaps we should challenge these judges to write their own Valentines and dig out some particularly tricky words for the purpose!

I like it.
Says it all, really. Gets at the basic Darwinian, relentless struggle, the uselessness of sentiment, the fact that love is really just appetite in disguise, the utterly horrible reducibility of it all...with an indirect nod to the underlying poststructuralism of previous efforts in this forum...
...without using any big words other than the title.
