I do, because someone had to do it and you done a good job. The one thing I would say is that the IQ bit 70+ not quite right. The average IQ is 100 so 70 is bellow average, and you need to be smart to go with the Doctor, or thats what I thought. Any way good piece, I liked it alot

Two ideas:
Never, ever, ever call him Doctor Who. Just don't. The fabric of the universe will disintergrate, and you'll have to pay the bill for a new one.
Female companions with Doctors 1-8 should fall over and sprain their ankle on uneven ground [why change a popular feature?]

I was very distracted when I was writing it (I was doing my maths homework at the same time).

One thing you could add to the good guys bit, is they often turn out to be bad guys... such as Adam in the long game (well... he wasn't bad... but he wasn't good either)
or you could add to the bad guys bit that they sometimes pose as good guys... a trait the Master occasionally had, for example Logopolis and The television movie.
or you could add that some good guys used to be bad guys but are now reformed and good... and were never bad, but misunderstood... such as Professor Chronotis in Shada.
