Help out how? I liked it. 
Especially the bit on Trout, Trout, Old Spice and Trout (Did I miss a trout?) and the haunting part
It made me chuckle a few times

Excellent Mssrs Trout, Trout. Old Spice and Trout! I have a similar property, well more of an antique, that would benefit from your experience and professional scrutiny. A bed (the feather variety) a legacy from grandmama. I do hope you have the time to look her over.

Ahem. Right period oh honourable estates but I confess I was hoping forfter a more detailed valuation. The height and breadth I am aware of, so too the fauna. A witty and in depth appraisal would surely afford me a better price at auction...what am I paying you for?
