Help out how? I liked it.
Especially the bit on Trout, Trout, Old Spice and Trout (Did I miss a trout?) and the haunting part
It made me chuckle a few times

Did you "get it" right off the bat, or did it click half way through?

Excellent Mssrs Trout, Trout. Old Spice and Trout! I have a similar property, well more of an antique, that would benefit from your experience and professional scrutiny. A bed (the feather variety) a legacy from grandmama. I do hope you have the time to look her over.
Take care

I got it at first, though it could be confusing. You can fix it pretty easy with more of an introduction

Jodan - you're not supposed to get it at all ... then the joke's on you. See?
Boots: was it 2.743m high x 1.829m wide, soft as a downy chick and cluttered with miscellaneous domestic fauna?

No mate. I'm miscommunicating my ideas I expect. Sorry.

Ahem. Right period oh honourable estates but I confess I was hoping forfter a more detailed valuation. The height and breadth I am aware of, so too the fauna. A witty and in depth appraisal would surely afford me a better price at auction...what am I paying you for?
take care and pray look after my investment, or should I say, legacy?

Dashed annoying when the letters don't delete eh what? My apologies for the clerk, he is somewhat lax in his duties. I put it down to the pox...or taxes.
Home James.
