Forgot about this one. Is it any good, or crud ?

Hmmm...interesting. It is often when you use one word instead of twelve that provokes the most thought.

I like this. It is not the sort of poetry that I write, or the sort that is the most accessable, but it has some very lovely imagery in it, and the cool tone of voice is something I like in poems.
Is it any good, or is it crud?
Well, I don't think it is crud, that's for sure. As I said, I like it, but I don't know enough about this kind of poetry to say how good it is. Sorry I cannot be more definite in my answer - but I thought you would prefer honesty to flattery.
Thank you for posting it here. I don't know if The Post would like it - it might be worth a try.

I don't think this is crud, as Ben said there is some good imagery here.
I would say that the rhythm is a little jarring, there seems no set pace (but then I like a set rhythm to poetry so that is just a personal opinion.)
I also agree that the post might be the place for this (Perhaps the edition due on 31/12-01/01?)
