Eternal Father Strong to Save, that's the one my brother chose for my Dad (who had always feared of death by drowning)

Angel of Death - Slayer
Exhume to Consume - Carcass
Zombie Ritual - Death
Not just because they'd be tasteless but because any old biddys in the building would probably cark it as well.

"The Garden of Eden" - By the end most would have died from shock or the sheer length of the piece

We really did carry a friend of ours into the chapel to the strains of 'Right Said Fred' by Bernard Cribbins.
For two reasons: a) He hated the song, and we had promised that it would haunt him forever
b) He was a fat bxstxrd, and the line 'tried to shift it, couldn't even lift it' was very appropriate.
Shame we forgot to warn the funeral directors: one young lady nearly killed herself trying to stop herself from cracking up.

Always look on the bright side of life would be very appropriate for a funeral, I think. I would gladly play it at mine.
Did you know that Peter Sellers wanted "In The Mood" played at his funeral because he hated the song and wouldn't mind not being there?
An inappropriate song would be anything by Britney Spears... Ugh...

I have a friend who wants "The Rainbow Connection" by Kermit the Frog played at her funeral.
She doesn't seem to understand why I keep telling her she's off her nut.

How about Missing You Now, I can't remember who sings it, but the opening verse is
I talk to you but its not the same as touchin' you
And every time you whisper my name, I wanna run to you
We'll be together, it won't be long, it won't be long
But it feels like forever, and its hard to be strong
Or Bad Company, Feel Like Making Love. Or anything of Filthy Lucre Live.. Bodies and Pretty Vacant being my favourites
