A3170279 - Cookies: bad.

but I'm not convinced and am now hungry!
I like this. this is probably bad workshop etiquette but...I like your Fence-posts entry even better. I've been trying to work why and it's because it has more apparently rational reasoning in it. I love daft conclusions supported by apparently rational reasoning. Bad Cookies is more extreme and, for me, less feasible. There'll be other readers who'll prefer that mind.
The smirking cookie idea is neat. They do! Won't be able to look at one quite the same way again. Liked the way you talk to the reader too and the 'esoteric studies'.
Thank you for the entertaining reads even though you only submitted one. It only takes a click on a username to invade personal spaces around here you know. (I read your journal too, but refrained, with difficulty, from posting smileyhugs there .)

The cookies aren't bad. The fence posts are fab, really really fab, but my favourite is probably the personal space bit.
I think this piece gets out of hand, a bit more control needed, but it is amusing.
