Automatic speed controls

If there's an automatic speed control camera near you, it should be possible to have some fun with it:

Do this some time there's little traffic on the road:
Automatic photo radars are not able to take picture of the target if it goes faster than about 180 kmh or so (in Norway anyway, or so I've heard). It will take a picture, but the speeder will be way past the camera when it does.
This is what you do:
*Place a tractor, motorized lawnmower or some other slow-going vehicle in front of the camera.
*Use hairstyling products to make the tractor-driver's hair stand backwards, and tape from cheek to cheek behind his/her neck (to make it look like the driver goes very fast)
*Then drive past the tractor with a motorcycle doing 200 kmh
*Become a fly-on-the-wall at the Traffic department's photo lab when they develop the picture.

Ps: although exciting, it's not recommended to drive as fast as 200 kmh, there's usually a reason why there's a speed limit.

Wouldn´t it be fun to place a baby/ young kid on a skateboard in front of the camera? Then again, one might have resenments driving past a kiddo at 180 km/hour.
