This is my first entry, and I'm not sure if my own anxiety about this summer seems a bit too obvious...

This entry is quite a bit more brief than is usually expected in the Edited Guide, but I think a more pressing concern is the fact that your entry is very US-centric. There's nothing wrong with that, but you'll have to expand it considerably to make it understandable to people who do not live in the US and don't have SATs or do marathon college visits or even have the same type of school system as we do in the States. Not to toot my own horn or anything, but my entry on AP courses at A10011222 might give you some idea of what you have to go through to explain something related to American schools to non-Americans.
Good luck with that...

I must admit, when I clicked on the title, I thought it was going to be summer advice for *old people* -
Possibly a better title for your piece would be "Summer Survival for Senior Students" wouldn't be so confusing for Researchers like myself

I'm with GB, I thought it meant the elderly. It's the language barrier! Sorry...

Hmmm... I think maybe Maureen has disappeared on us -- looks like she hasn't posted since the day this was put into PR. Time to move this out of PR then?
