There's a hidiously complicated game going on at http://madeira.physiol.ucl.ac.uk/cgi-bin/delphi/interactive/mcg/mcold.pl?16 I think they've broke the rules by leaving orbit, under the above ground rule 34b section F paragraph 8 line 31-33 which states no players should leave orbit unless the GPS rule breaks down, and a player wishes to reactivate it!!!
