First you must move to England or some other part of the United Kingdom. Become a citizen. Form your own political party. Meet like minded people. Put yourselves up for election as members of Parliament in the next election. Get a majority in the Houses of Parliament. Form a government and close down the BBC.
That should get you unsubcribed from h2g2.
