I've just gone down stairs, turned off the alarm, opened the utility room door to wake up she woke up and i sang out very loadly "Hello my darlin, hello my lovely, hello my old time doll"

Then i fed her while think9ing "is it "old time doll"?"

And then decided to log on here what just happened, my stomach just rumbled too

I've just opened some post from capital one offering me a credit card, and enclosing about 50 labels with my name and address on, saying above them "We hope you find these useful"

I then proceeded to in the kitchen and had to log what just happened

I've just replaced the thermal compound on a friends computer that was overheating. Was hitting 65-70C. Now struggles to reach 50C so it must have worked.

Now I'm going to make a cup of tea with a slice of my home made fruit cake as I think I deserve it.

"What can we do to make our credit card be the one that everyone wants? How can we make it so irresistable that they'll kick themselves for turning it down?"

"We could have the lowest interest rates going..."

"We could send them personalised sticky labels with their address on..."

"Thats it!!!! Sheer genius! We'll be beating them off with a stick!"

I then laughed to myself and got a packet of monster munch from the larder unit

I've just got off the phone with my mum. My grandma has just died.

She was 93 and was almost in a vegetative state - the only reflex action she had left was when you touched her lip with a spoon she opened up her mouth for food.

It is a blessed relief for everyone but still very sad.

to dampen the mood on this thread - please go back to having ...and have or two as well.
