The less one really knows.
The girl across the hall got a tattoo the size of my head on her lower back. It's not actually a tattoo *of* my head, though, interestingly enough. No, it's more sort of a design.
So we were thinking about coloring our heads various and interesting shades and hues, but green really isn't my color, and Zizzy's got the wrong hair.
Computers are strange and wonderful things, only sometimes they forget to be wonderful. They end up being just alien and bizarre. I know some people who are very much like computers, in that they're alien and bizarre and sometimes when you try to ask them to do the simplest thing they come up in a stupid blue screen and tell you to press any key but it doesn't matter because they don't do anything at all, no matter what key you press.
Sometimes, just when I'm wondering what's wrong with me and why I seem to be unable to stop myself from being randomly belligerent, I find that it's not actually me that's being it. That's... not a good sign. In fact it's quite a bad one. Not that it's not me, but that I can't tell the difference.
Maybe I just need to learn that not everything is about me...
On the other hand, from my perspective, everything sort of has to be about me. Because everything I see and know is seen and known and considered in its relation to... well, to me. So everything is about me. Take that, fictional characters of my own device.
Everything they tell you in high school is a lie. In fact everything they tell you in junior high and elementary school is a lie. I think the lies start as early as preschool, but most of what they tell you in preschool is true, especially about the letters and numbers.
Please forget what I said before about fictional characters.
I'm really, really glad that wasn't what I thought it was. I was all ready to be really, really pissed off. Really.
So anyway. Nothing else. That's all.
Hooray for college... except if anybody ever breaks into my room and abducts me, how will... never mind.

Sometimes I feel very much like a computer that won't respond to anything. Especially my own programming. I tend to get stuck.
I also have been considering getting a tattoo for just ages, but I'm glad I didn't before I got married because everyone would be doing a hell of a lot of looking at my tattoo rather than me, which I guess is a lot of the time the point with tattoos. My friends and I discovered wigs, which are fantastic things. I have a white blonde one that looks just faboo on me. It's a way to go green without having to GO green.
It's also storming here and it's kind of exciting and also I have a cold sore, but it isn't bothering me that much and my job is being user-friendly today. I also have a poem that's almost ready to hatch in my head, but it's got to do some more incubating I think.
It's always nice to hear about you.

You know, most everything they tell you in college is a lie too. Or at the very least, it's not very useful outside the place.
