Confirmation by post of scholarship upgrade. From 75% tuition to 100% tuition/fees and $600 for books. Knew that already. Just a question of the scholarship people figuring it out. Nice to have the paper that says it. Bless the Floriday lottery.
Bad sunburn. Think UV rays may have seeped into brain. Can think of little but desire for sleep and ever-present sting of sunburn. Glad to be home.
Still waiting for dorm assignment. Not such a priority anymore. Little hope now for being in a less-than-pitiful-and-crappy dorm. Doesn't matter which crappy dorm. Need to make reservations for late orientation...

It was mucho thundery and rainy in Chicago last night and it's all grey and cloudy and "another storm is on the way"ee today. The problem is, there's no one here at work today because everyone with half a brain took the day off except me because I never claimed to have it together... so the problem is that there is nothing to do and it's wet and grey and I'm tired and I will probably wind up falling aslleeeeep on my connnnsssoooozzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz.....
