So. We've got a lawyer.

There's a warrant out in Vermont for my father's arrest.

The law's just changed: we have until the end of time to complete our case.

There's going to be a private investigator.

Our lawyer is excitable and not at all shy. He's impressed with our last lawyer. (She's famous and stuff.) I've never met him, but all I've heard makes him out to be the living bar version of Mr. Gently.

I think I'm gonna have a little extra money for the fall.

In other news, the postal service hates me, I'm exceptionally unskilled in videotaping television programs, I'm almost equally bad at watching television programs, and tomorrow is another miserable, horrible, unbearable insulation day. I don't want to have tomorrow. I want to skip tomorrow. I've never wanted to skip a Saturday before. I want to skip it. Badly. Argh.

Why did you want to skip Saturday anyway?

That would be due to helping out insulating the roof which I think they ended up doing on Sunday, although I could be wrong.

Ewwwwwww... Hot, Hard work. Ick.

How bad was what? The insulation went... smoothly enough.

Actually I didn't help.

Actually I was forcefully awoken at 9AM and ordered into the attic, where I sat in a corner and wasn't asked to move the entire time I was up there, which was about an hour and a half.

But yeah, it was hot, and there's an awful lot of fiberglass up there, and I am afraid of heights. I think the heat got to them. I think it got to their brains. I think that's why they made me go up there.

Anyway. Er, yeah, she seems to like him.
