Nearly went shopping tonight.
But we didn't go shopping... we were on our way to the mall when Lizzy got sick, and she couldn't drive anymore, so I drove home. Which was very odd indeed, as I'm not meant to drive without my glasses, and I'm not actually licensed at the moment, and I've never driven her car before... and she was in the back seat so it was quite lonesome up there, being unable to read the signs. But it was no great disaster as I really don't need my glasses at night (there aren't any shapes at night anyway, only lights, and I can see those fine) and her little Toyota is very easy to handle and it was familiar territory anyway so I know all the signs there. Nonetheless, a very disappointing shopping excursion overall.
Oh, and I feel very, very guilty at the moment—I killed a bug.

Well I didn't get a good look at it while it was all together, but it seems fairly unlikely.
