You may have an old browser or something.
I have XP and I don't know which version of explorer. But Anthea's page works on my browser, it has a table you can put things in and send.

XP is usually coupled with IE 6. I saw your site Anthea, is it supposed to be just a guestbook type thing?

Try looking at http://www.macromedia.com you can download a trial version of Dreamweaver there. It's an easy-to-use HTML interface, you can make a website in no-time.
