A Conversation for Pimm's

I recommend the addition of frozen strawberries (I realise I'm a bit unusual in having berries in my freezer - whenever I have too much fruit I chop it up and freeze it so I can use it later to make smoothies).

The frozen strawberry acts as an ice-cube at first, helping to chill the drink but with the benefit that it doesn't dilute it (watery Pimm's is vile). Then, once the drink has been drunk, you can have minutes of fun trying to fish out the the now Pimm's-soaked fruit with a swizzle stick or straw, then eat it to sustain you until someone pours you a fresh glass. What's more, the fruit enables you to describe Pimm's as a "health" drink. Marvellous!

What's the taste of Pimms itself? Bitter, sweet, tart, sour?

I'll have to try it.

No.3 cup is also available in Sainsbury's -- so, coupled with the above post, i would assume also purchasable in all good British supermarkets/off licences

Anyone know why they stopped making numbers 2,4 and 5?
