I hope you are well? Hi, sorry to bother you, but I have been in contact with Muv, and she says that you are able to help me? People seem to be having problems leaving a message? As I dont understand all this yet, it might be a problem my end, but I dont know what to do?

Right Karen/Muv came up with this idea & it seems to be working!
I don't quite understand the problem myself to be honest. In any case you'll want to go over my colleague Feisor's list of Hints & Links@ A719840 . That'll really explain alot & essentially familiarize you with the site. So take your time, there's alot there & you may need to refer back to it now'n'then. But things will start to fall into place(so to speak)after awhile.
And if you have any questions or anything I'll try to help or I'll find someone who can, alright.
