John the gardener says, "Free Tibet!"

Read it. Liked it. Good stuff!

Crisp Genesis is one of my favourite Wennahworralad stories. They never had the blue paper "Queen Crisp" in Canada (So I'm told).

There was, some time ago, in these parts, a thing called "Simulated Hedgehog Flavoured Potato Chips" (no word of a lie). "Potato Chips" is what North Americans call Crisps. They were not only supposed to taste like hedgehog; but, it was stressed, they were entirely artificially flavoured. The company emphasised that no real hedgehods were involved in their manufacture. They were so concerned about the consumer accepting this point that for a small sum, and so many packet tokens, one cold send away for a hedgehog pin; and the company would make a donation on your behalf to some organization concerned with the preservation of hedgehogs.

They were good. But alas, probably ahead of their time. They are no longer to be had.

Pardon the several typos. It's getting late and my brain is melting.
