Not Another Word
A pompus old fool on a stool
did take a tune of many who assumed
day traveled on
the sound of a song
there was not another word
tree and the rock
sea and the sure
I haven't heard about the sand or the dirt
three rocks to forgive
twelve to forget
its hight time that we did
what we never have said
rule or a junction
road of a function
take no mistake of the tune of the pumpkin
face cut into the sandcastle
shoe on a foot
toes whispering silently
in ice cream heaven and shown
distant figure
making a mask
to put on during the task
to help me get in my shell
I don't want to go
but you have already bid me farewell
and I think I might not have a choice
feer what is inside
don't sing or sigh
and you will see it in time
the trees have no roots
the bird had no shoots
the worm is not the food
path is not right
kind sir will you fight
the next best thing to decide
under the hill
there is a ogre who still
sings like nothing you've heard
hoping to dance
with the one finger stance

I give thanks for the help
but its not what you felt
