For those that don't know already the Rt Hon Jhon Winston Howard has just got a fourth term with an increased majority, not only that but there is a extreme likeliness that the Librals have got a majority in the Senate, meaning we can say goodbye to what is left of HECS, public education, medicare, the forests, telstra and basically most other things that made life still worth living here.

*shuts up because of the fact that if she was old enough to vote, she would vote Liberal and doesn't think this is a good moment to bring this up*

Nah I am going though the phases now Melancholia, Anger, and Jealousy. At the first stage now, so I don't care, in two days I will be angry and by next month I will be jealous.

I also kind of new they would win, just not by that much. They flogged labour, and I can't figure out how. Its not as if Howard has be a great leader or anything, he has had no policy for the last 3 years and had no policies at all in this election, hell until he won it the liberals didn't have a 4th term agenda of any sort. 22 seats is a bit of a excessive win, it will mean that the next election is a dead cert, and I think Howard will probably now stay for that. Though I can't imagine what else there is to do to make this place any more of a free marketeers wet dream and a socialists nightmare. Ok might be getting to the anger stage a bit more now...

Well I don't spend my life in them, I have joy, hope, love, hate, and of course the one where your feeling two emotions at once. I don't really feel bad right now, I am kind of over it. Its not my fault. If people want Howard to f**k up the country thats what they have got. There is nothing I can really do about except perhaps attend protests, and of course do what I have don in the last 8 years of Howard bloodymindedness, rant about what a idiot I think he is. Talking about things will of course allow me to get a few things off my chest but in the end there is still only one thing I can think of right now that I can do, and that is concentrate on what matters now, uni, dog, family, and of course my friends.
