I am complaining about how you treated me in the NightBlade Barracks thread, and how i have been treated by other members of the terranic army, particularly fwt, mystrunner and reefgirl.

How is that mistreating you spook?

You weren't giving Mystrunner the opportunity to look after his own regiment. How is it supposed to grow if you keep poking at it?

verc, let me put this post as plain and simply as i can - what you just said was total bullshit.

mystrunner has been looking after his regiment for a long time. i was having a problem with one member of that regiment. i was in no way stoping mystrunner do anything.

so, i have an issue with that member, who is disrespecting me and not following orders of a commanding officer. in fact, the 3 people i mentioned in post 1 of this thread i have a big problem with, as they always disrespect me and never follow orders. now, fwt osn't in my regiment anymore ebcause every time i orderd him to do something he refused. reefgirl disrespects me and thinks she is above me.

mystrunner doesn't respect me and i have a problem with him being appointed a regiment leader. partly the fact that he was appointed at all, however, what i really have a problem with is how he was given a regiment like, "here you go - do what you like with it." her was not involved in the planning of regiments like me and rimmer were, and was not given any regulations that were previously agreed about promotions, ranks, etc. i believe he promoted reefgirl straight away to colonel which was ignorant of other long term members in the regiment, and i believe he may have promoted hr beyond the original limit we set that you couuld promote someone without discussing it with you and the other regiment leaders.

the reason i considered your post to be mistreating me, and what pissed me off, is that instead of informing people that i am second in command and they must follow my orders, you instead sided with them and threatened to take away my authority.

now, you may easily forget, but you've been away from the army quite a bit recently, and it was left to me to run the army. not only did i do the best i could at running the army, but i've had a hard situation in real life recently. even so, i have put a lot of hard work into the terranic army, including most recently sorting out all the regiments. i also know now that i don't want the shit i've been getting from the people i've mentioned in this thread, and am therefore very close to just quitting it altogether, as if i'm not gonna be respected, what's the point?

Spook I do not need this agro. I fully respect what you have been through in real life has been difficult.

But spook, this is not a real army. It is a community that I created and am trying to run for the entertainment of others. I have three courseworks due in this week which I'll be lucky to finish.

As an ACE spook I would also appreciate it if you didn't swear or at least made an effort to star out what you are saying.

And as for the post I sent, it is for Mystrunner to learn the ropes, just as you and Rimmer have done. I'm completely sick of this cr*p about who is in charge of who. You frequently question my orders spook. Who are you to talk? You say that you were promoted in two weeks as opposed to Reefgirl in only one.

How much of a difference is that? You went from Sergeant to Brigadeer in no time, and she went from corporal to Colonel. Its the same difference spook. As I recall, we were discussing a limit but one was never set indefinately. And at the end of the day spook - does it really matter that much? Mystrunner needed a second in command, and why not reefgirl. She actually has experience of a real life army.

You know what spook : TAKE THE FRIGGIN ARMY. You obviously want it so much. Is that what you want? Fine. I'm sick of walking on eggshells around you, And the verbal diohrea that people get when they see a different point of view to you.

You obviously have no idea how much this guts me to say it. Go on take the whole lot!

firstly, i like people to have the right to free speach, and don't mind swearing. if you do then i apologise.

we agreed on a limit that i am sure, we simply did nottell everyone it.

i don't frequently question your orders verc, as you simply don't make many.

i don't see how you get that. you promoted me to the highest rank and amde me second in command. deduction is i am in charge. ain't no cr*p involved.

Sergeant to Brigadeer when there was about 1 other people in an army is fine. corporal to Colonel when there are about 10 people above you is different. if i joined the army today i would not expect to become brigadeer in a week like a did.

verc, i don't wnat the army. i have always been happy with the position i am in. all i have ever wanted was respect, and that is something i have not had, from the other people mentioned in this thread, and from your last post, from you also.

i don't need this sh*t from people anymore. i quit.

I'm genuinely sorry you feel like that. I respect your reasons for wanting to leave, and while I don't agree with them and would prefer you to stay, I will respect your decision to leave if you have to. I don't know how you came to think I have no respect for you - for so long I thought it was the other way around, but I'm sorry if it has to end like this.

However if you do plan to leave I wish you the very best, and am certain you will continue to do well as you are an honest intelligent person.

it doesn't hs to end like this, it's just i've had enough. i don't particularl want to leave, but i've had enough. over the last couple of months i've been through the hardest time of my life, and i just can't take it anymore. i know you have respect for me, but i feel disrespected when you don't know me well enough to think i want control of the army. i's not about power. it never is with me. it's about how i'm treated. whenever i have a problem with someone it's not because of what they say, it's how the say it, how they treat me.

like i say steve (can i call you steve? such a good, simple, 'S' name that isn't hard on the tongue...or the brain), i don't particularly want to leave, i simply don't want to stay in a place where people will disrespect me. i guess that's up to...well, i don't know who that's up to to be truthful, but it's up to someone, somehow.

and that's me being perfectly honest, no BS, no anger (had a chance to cool down and watch part of the Michael jackson interview and an episode of Enterprise, have a bacon and egg sarny and win 2 games of backgammon). just the plain, simple, honest, truth of the situation.
