hehe...

yeah i really liked the work frank miller did there... he also had some very logical explanations about the bat-symbol on batman's chest being bullet-proof [the only part of the costume] as being the most visible part the villains will shoot at it...

robin being a girl was also an interesting sub-plot... hehe...
[but i won't say more on this one....]

i also liked what he did with daredevil... i still got the issue where the stranger (matt murdock?!) goes into that small town full of bigots who don't like strangers... in that issue daredevil doesn't appear even once... but this stranger [looking very much like matt murdock] sure does the job... hehe...

but to go back to the dark knight, green arrow being pictured as an old rebel calling batman a fascist was funny in a way...

yep pure genius...

i realised that i was talking about "the dark knight returns" while you were talking about "year one"... doesn't matter tho' frank miller's work is great anyway...
