no probs hun, think this is the 'chat' as such!!
if u go to the top box n type in leisure district u will get a list of ld 'ers on this system
then just choose one 2 click on and ur in their space :0)

Sorry to intrude, but I noticed you had been having trouble with some other conversations on your other identity. You seem to have accidentally subscribed to one of the Feedback pages. This means that messages for that page have been appearing under your list. While you have been getting rather cross at people for apparently talking on your space they have actually been talking on the feedback page. You should be able to see which one by looking at the large text at the top of the conversations: eg "This is the Conversation Forum for h2g2 Feedback". In fact various people have tried to help you, except that you never seem to return to read their postings under yours. Now that I have found you have a second ID here, I can copy the text of one answer. Note that you must be logged in as your current (non-LD) identity for this to work.

You can stop the messages appearing on your personal space by clicking this link:

You might also want to write a little about yourself on your personal space (U198450) which you can do by clicking this link:

If you write something about yourself then people will be able to leave you messages on you new personal space. Until then all you will see are messages you start yourself or ones from any other accidental page subscriptions you made.

Ruby..This is more of a conversation forum than a chat room..there's no private messaging..all researchers can read..&..join in any conversation....so if you see a conversation your interested in..just jump in....

The nearset thing we have to a pal list..is our friends list..Are you using the digibox friendly Plain skin?..Let me know what skin..(background)..you're using..&..I'll help you with your friends list....

colour background is white then blueish grey.it says to add friends....go to there personal space and click on add to friends...i do that and when i get there i cant find it thanks agin Ruby

yep... looks like the plain skin when it's seen through the TV screen...

... once you've clicked on "add to friends" the name of the researcher will be added automatically to the bottom of your space...

have a look... and tell us if it's there....

don't forget to add the friends of LD's space to your list by the way as we're using the journal entries to pass on LDers related news... with this neat trick, any journal entry produced by the researchers you've aded to the list will appear on your space...
