A Conversation for Shakespeare
Origins of Stratfordian Shakespeare

I'm not sure that Shakespeare's Stratford origins can be said to date from Garrick's time when they are documented in William Winstanley's The Lives Of The Most Famous English Poets (1687), Gerard Langbaine's An Account of the English Dramatic Poets (1691), and Pope Blount's Remarks on Poetry (1694), all of which derive in part from Thomas Fuller's The History of the Worthies of England (1662)
