Hi Loup, in the ...Please Read... thread you mentioned that there were some positive developments in the campaign to get Telewest to reopen access for digibox users.

Might I enquire as to what these are? I wrote a letter to them by snail mail asking them to revers their decision so I would be most interested to see if they're having a change of heart.

Not definite yet, but talks of have made the big wigs at TW starting to think about it...

Unfortunately i'm not directly involved in this one, so i have to wait for feedback from someone else before starting to serve the ...

Still a good idea to send emails/snailmails to TW though... I myself am considering of switching to another cable provider if TW don't do anything positive quick...
[after all why should i use them for an Interactive TV service that i can get cheaper somewhere else anyway?! etc etc.. ]

Ah well, just thought I'd ask. It had occured to me that a mass walkingout of Telewest subscriptions might be an alternative solution.
I suspect that many digiboxers are kids though so that's probably not an option for many.
