Hi loup.

Can`t resist this I`m afraid. I had a dream and the main thing I remember are seeing and hearing the words "Le Havre". I thought it was possible that it was a figment of my imagination, but I mentioned it to a Canadian friend of mine and he says theres a place called that. Bless him, he`s given me a link which I shall have to access on the pc, but as it sounds French, I wondered if you knew anything about it?!

I can also remember something about a monument and something else, which I won`t go into yet.

Any info would be much appreciated.

yep, le havre is a port in normandy or brittany [can't remember much about it...]... i think i remember that a typical postcard from there would be with a lightouse...

le havre also means something in french... could be the haven but i haven't got a dictionary near by to check it at the mo'...
but you might find out the origin of the word when you access the link...

Thanks a lot. The would make a lot of sense because, as I think I`ve probably mentioned before, I`ve always wanted to live in one.

But as soon as you mentioned `haven`.... that `clicked`.

I shall definitely make sure that I get chance tomorrow to get on the pc to access the link.
