Nice to notice those moments! There's a poem somewhere about taking a mental phtograph of them, so you can enjoy them at leisure.
I had one on Sunday. My back was aching, it was raining, but we were walking the dog for the first time round the lake in Hillsborough forest park. The doggie was behaving, the trees in the evening light were so beautiful, people were smiling...

I always get nervous when people smile... like they're about to suddenly do something relaly weird like tip jelly over your head 
it is all too easy somtimes to just notice those days when you fall down the stairs, ahve a huge hangover, break your favorate coffee mug and generally screw everything up, and simultainiously not notice thos days when eerythign goes well and your actually happy 
time to make myself happy and cook food
