Entered my plea of not guilty on Friday, looked through the prosecution case with my solicitor, she thinks we stand a good chance, apart from one sticking point. Now I have to wait for a court date, probs around June/July. Hmmmmmmmmmmmm

Court on 10th May, the thought of standing in the dock defending myself is starting to terrify me...

Yes, I have a solicitor, she's a bit tasty too... But still...
10th isn't court after all, it's a hearing to decide when the hearing will be (the third one!). Nice to know my tax money isn't being wasted in the legal system...

What a waste of money and stress, case was abandoned the morning of the trial. Stupid but good...
