The zaatar arrived last night! So far I've used three teaspoons in: 1) yogurt cheese and b) hummus. Thank you so much for mailing it to me! I apologize for taking so long to get it to you. I kept forgetting all about it. Then I'd remember in the middle of the night but it would be gone again by morning. I am starting to worry about my memory.

I am a real tart when it comes to jam. I'll always take a jar. And that's the address on the package.

If the birds don't take all the figs before they can ripen, I'll send you a jar of fig jam. The bluejays did a job on the peaches and nectarines just as they were ripening. My neighbor tells me to pick them a little green and let them ripen inside. I hate doing that because they aren't as good. But I suppose it's better than throwing half of them away.
