I've seen a slight variation on the Flaming Lambourghini without the Cream and served slightly differently (with a barman you trust...)

The difference being the Sambuca is in a separate glass and is lit.

While you are drinking (through a fairly long straw) the sambuca is poured into the Martini glass the separate shot glasses are poured (slowly) a little after you've started pouring the sambuca.

Its truly amazing to watch with the flame being poured into the martini glass, especially when the barman is confident (and competent) enough to pour from a foot or so above the glass.

Two of my friends that I have bought this for on their birthdays remember nothing after drinking this drink, and ended up doing some very strange things...
Make no mistake this IS potent.

It is also possible to light the Sambuca in your mouth, gargle impressively (in a suitably darkened room) and then swallow it while still alight. It is relatively painless (note the use of the term 'relatively') and certainly spectacular.
