We start off nice: The Chocolate Orange
Ingredients: Orange Juice and Tia Maria
Procedure: Two measures of Tia Maria in a schooner topped up with orange juice
Then start to get a little heavy: The Ghostbuster
Ingredients: Baileys, Tia Maria, Vodka, Rye Whisky, Coke
Procedure: Layer Baileys, Tia Maria and Vodka into a shot glass as a B52. Into a pint glass pour a triple
rye and coke. Drop in shooter and down the pint. Do it fast. Very fast. It's dangerous!!
On to a smooth but dangerous summer pint: The Garfield
Ingredients: Jack Daniels, Galliano and Coke
Procedure: Layer into a glass and drink.
And end with madness: The classic Flaming Lamborghini
Ingredients: Sambuca, Baileys, Blue Curacao
Procedure: Pour Sambuca into cocktail glass and light it. After 20 seconds insert straw and start drinking.
Simultaneously get a friend to slowly pour in Baileys and Blue Curacao. Repeat as necessary
then fall over.
