I'd argue that a vital ingredient to any drink is where, you drink it.

I'll never forget the first time I drank whisky sour - 20 years ago in what was then the Inter Continental Hotel - overlooking the Mount Of Olives in Jerusalem.

I've drunk many whiskey sours since, in some pretty grand settings, but none has remotely matched up to that one.

Anyone else remember more about where they had a great drink than what it was?
