I say, has anyone seen a... oh good, it's arrived. You're never alone with a Camel, to paraphrase the old advertisement. Here boy! (Steve! What a damn stupid name; we'll have to do something about that. Let's see, Fuchsia of course (if I know camels)).

Knew a chap once called Steve Guildersleeve... the worst of both worlds one surmises. I'm far more worried (or perhaps just insanely jealous) of the name Quimwrangler. Is that what you do for a living Queex?

Damn you spimmy! You had to point that out! And just when I had evolved to the point where I didn't notice or wonder about people's nicknames in the agonising paranoiac way I used to. I was just starting to be cool, I was sleeping at night, and I judged people by their postings not their appellations. http://www.bbc.co.uk/dna/h2g2/F19585?thread=115294 Arrrggghhh! ~jwf~

Infer no judgement, dear ~jwf~, from my observation: it's a fine name. True, I had worried myself, somewhat, since posting but I hope that Queex will take my words for the ravings of a dolt, and quite rightly ignore them.
I think far too much time is devoted to searching for meaning in things that don't necessarily need meaning to be beautiful. Most of the time I don't think about people's moniker's further than: oh, good name. But sometimes something slaps you in the face like a wet fish.

Tune in on Thursday... or tomorrow, I suppose, in your case.

A rose by any other name can still harbour a bee.
My name has a long and complex history, steeped in tradition and obscurity. The first part is pureblood typo, the second wishful thinking.
