Tried on an old suit yesterday - in fact the first suit I ever bought. It was a bit tight but there was no denying it, it fits me again!
My response to this was to burst into tears. Why?
Maybe because this diet has been really getting me down of late and this showed me I am really getting somewhere with it. Maybe the relief of a demonstrable achievement. Maybe just plain old joy.
Whatever, I was so happy. Rather oddly, just thinking myself back there now I have tears in my eyes.
I am such a wuss
