an interesting if eccentric recipe. I like the fact it's not 100% cut and dried - "add 15g of salt and 15g of butter to 565g of lamb" - but leaves it open to interpretation. The only way to cook in my book! Not so sure about the butcher molesting bit - if you like your food they're good guys to have as friends!
