h2g2 The Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy: Earth Edition

I was breaking in the new digital camera last night, and shared some photos at my snapfish page. Unfortunately, you need to regsiter to view photos, so for those who'd rather not, I also put some up at Fotki.

I don't use Fotki as much, because they limit the amount of storage you're allowed, whereas Snapfish does not. So I will probably rotate photos at Fotki.

I am by no means a professional photographer, so I apologize for the lighting issues. Once I get used to the camera, we'll see some improvement.

As far as I know, Fotki no longer limits your storage space as the 'free' Fotki now includes advertising.

I especially like Photo 4 where he appears to be headless!!! I must try & get some taken of Yoda when she is in Wash Bottom mode, she sits there legs akimbo, forgets what she was supposed to be doing & stares into space, looks for all the world like & lady of easy virtue...

flickr is free too...I've rather taken to flickr than fotki now...coz you can fave peoples photos etc..and it's quicker to browse thro than fotki.

I like the claw slippers and the daddy stretch me one....hehehee..

Incidentally, I'm having some technical problems of another nature hat probably shouldn't be discussed here (it involves my DVD-rom drive and some burner issues). PC, I for one am never offended by a friend, I've no idea about this blog/journal things that some are starting up, I need A.B.C language to work it out

Last year or so, sometime, one of you lot asked if I would share some photos of Chez PC. I don't remember who it was who asked... but here's a link to a Fotki album containing some photos (possibly too many photos). It's a private album and may require a passowrd- if so, anyone who's interested just shoot me an email and I'll reply with the password.

Unfortunately, with only about 35 photos, I've hit the Fotki limit. I'll wait a few days and delete the private album to make room for more. If I have to pay for photo hosting, there must be better places than Fotki.

Reply sent! I think I succesfully moved those photos to a public album...

I realize that all of my photos are of pretty much the bottom half of each room. I also didn't take but one of the bedroom, cause the bed isn't made and the hamper full of laundry. I assume the reason I have difficulty getting the whole room in a shot is a combination of (1)not using the zoom properly and (2)taking shots of rooms with 11-foot ceilings when I am only 5 foot 3.

Anyway, enjoy... and sorry about the messy "office"....
