Did my monthly shopping run into town yesterday, restocking on staple I was running low on and odds and ends not readily available or excessively high priced at the two local convenience stores.
My lower spine was hurting like hell on my return after the ~65 mile/105 km round trip.
Put away the freezer food and some of the refrigerator food, left most of the stuff in the vehicle.
Finish the job now, after 
& morning meds.
Sky so hazy it takes a hard squint to see even 1st magnitude stars.
This is good.
The day will be relatively cool.
