so I was up early this morning all Bright eyed and bushy Tailed 
Anyhoo decided to go for a run didn't I
BIG MISTAKE!!!!!
not two seconds across the back field I fell down a small hole (probs dug by a 
) bashed my knee and pulled the muscle (yes I have got those 
) in the back of my leg.
Had to hoble home 
and put a hot water bottle on the back of my thigh.
DO NOT PEOPLE, I MEAN, DO NOT!!!!!! TRY THIS AT HOME

39-7 but don't quote me on that, I worked for an agency back then and they had a regular contract with Twickenham plus my ex used to get tickets to the internationals too

that score rings a bel with my mum so it is probaby right. she was there and when i rang after the game to see what the score was she was so drunk she didnt know!
