I got the bolts out and a pot put on yesterday

So I was looking forward, at last, to a good nights sleep
NO SUCH 
ING LUCK!!!!
why?
Because now my wrist feels ing weird
so I laid looking at the ceiling all night!!!!!!!
AND I'M CREAM CRACKERED AND NOT IN A GOOD MOOD SO YOU'D BETTER GO AWAY!
