It's just that my plane lands at Stansted at 11-ish, then I have the ride into London, dump bags, and then find you all. So I hope you're not meeting at the bandstand at two pm and then buzzing off somewhere else.
Should I exchange mobile numbers with someone, just in case?

Abi is the one to ask about Hyde Park, and she's off today. I don't know much about the park at all. She'll be back tomorrow, and should be able to let you know our movements.
If you want to swap phone numbers with someone just to be sure, I think I can trust you enough to give you mine. You didn't come round and burn my house down when you had my address.

Could you put Peta on to this thread please, for people like me, and any others who might turn up later for whatever reason.

I could indeed put Peta onto this thread, but you'll find her no more help than me. She's enjoying being a guest, and not having to organise everything this year. I'll make sure that Abi sees it.

Not long 'til the party now! 
Mina's absolutely right, this year I've totally handed the organisation of the party over to Abi and Linda. So they're in charge this time! 
Mark and I are both working on developing DNA communities which means that we have to let go of the day to day running of h2g2 and let the very capable h2g2 team run the show from now on. So this year we get to come to the party as guests, rather than hosts which means we can really let our hair down this time! Woo hoo!
Without giving too much away, can you give me an idea of what happens after 2?

That sounds a bit complicated, as I know Bossel quite well, but not you, Abi. I would be happy just to have a number to call in case I get delayed and the softball game is not immediately visible when I arrive.
