Actually Dr A I joined the Assassins but was already a member of The Ministry that's what the DD#22 means. Then noticed that Wonko had asked to join The Ministry as well so mentioned it to The Minister and he accepted Wonko. Just so you know how it started.

The original quest wss to where the word black was mentioned. There is a risk of this being seen as spamming.
However I do see a use for the Ministry of Black - such as U515668 where I had collated all the goth films and entries.
Being a member of the Ministry could be seen as being an associate of the gothic seen.
