I thought this was kind of interesting, and a little more off-beat and guide-esque than my last couple of entries. Quite a few debatable points on format and spelling though.

The only thing I could spot that wasn't quite right was this sentence -
>>The selection seems to owe most to which countries had ratified the treaty.<< countries seems to have jumped a word.

Damn, you're quick! I only posted this here because I forgot to select from the drop-down forum menu! It's in PR now.
Your change puts a slightly different spin on the phrase - it's not what I meant, but I might use it anyway.
