They stopped bringing in the Nit Nurse years ago.
It isn't healthy for children to have lice. They can't sleep properly.. and become tetchy.
You would treat a child for worms, so why not head lice?

Funny thing about lice - my boys weren't allowed to wear a cap during their classes, and I only wanted to protect them.
