I need to cut my beer/bar bill down 
thats like £300 I've spent this month... no, no it isn't... I used my credit card a couople times in the pub too... yeh... thats like nearly £500 
and thats not including cigarettes work, I nmeed to work, must make money to pay for my crack cocain addiction.... (not that I've got one yet but I'm working up to it 
)

I've been on then since xmas or so GB though I probably shouldve been a while before then.I have a history of clinical depression and supposedly borderline personality disorder,some of the symptoms had flared up quite badly due to stuff and for the first time in a couple of years or so I wasn't coping very well at all.

Are you seeing your doctor regularly? Has he recommended you to a specialist?

Nope not at all, my doctors always been a it crap like that though! theyy just palm you off..good job im not really crazy!

Your progress should be being monitored, it's not good for you to have just been put on anti-depressants for months and left to it. Is there a Well Woman centre nearby?

I think theres one in Croydon. The couple of times I've been put on anti depressants in the past were the same, prescribed n left to it. I was 16 and going to a day centre when I was diagnosed as having BPD, they didnt even tell me what it was let alone offer treatment! (I found out from Mort on here what it was actually all about a couple of years ago!)I saw a psychologist a few times on n off but have seen no one since I had Josh really. Like I say, good job I'm pretty stable
